the tea plants.

Plucking: Employs single-rider tea harvesting machines to ensure efficient and

precise leaf collection.

Steaming: Light steaming (Asamushi) style to retain the vibrant green color and subtle

flavors of the leaves.

Rolling/Drying: Carefully rolled into the classic Asamushi needle shape to enhance

the aesthetic and flavor.

Roasting Level:

Low, specifically chosen to maintain the delicate and fresh Shincha aroma, allowing

the tea’s natural scents to prevail.

Tasting Notes:

Experience the refreshing aroma of yuzu followed by the gentle sweetness of Kukicha.

The stems provide a mellow flavor with minimal bitterness, perfectly complementing

the elegant fragrance of yuzu.

Suggested Preparation:

Water Temperature: 100°C

Steeping Time: 60 seconds for the first infusion, 30 seconds for subsequent infusions.

Amount: 4 grams of tea leaves per 200 ml of water.
