A refreshing harmony of mellow, naturally sweet kukicha and the vibrant aroma of sun-ripened yuzu. Clean, smooth, and uplifting.

Steaming: Light (Asamushi style)
Roasting: Very light, preserving the tea’s clean character
Pesticides: Not used for over 30 years
Fertilizer: Organic fertilizer and compost only

Water Temperature: 100°C
Leaf Amount: 5g per 200ml
Steeping Time: 60 seconds for the first infusion, 30 seconds for subsequent infusions
Message from the Tea Master
This blend combines the stems naturally sorted during sencha production with hand-grown yuzu from the orchard next to our tea fields. Kukicha is rich in polyphenols and has a soft, round sweetness with minimal bitterness—an ideal partner for the bright citrus of yuzu.
