Message from the Tea Master
Rather than enhancing umami with organic fertilizers, I chose to focus on building the soil’s natural strength through compost alone.
Now in its second year of this approach, this tea surprised even me—with a round, expansive texture that fills the mouth and a refreshing clarity that lingers long after each sip.
It reaffirmed my belief that this is the right path forward—not just for this tea, but for the future of tea cultivation.
