Message from the Tea Master
Starting with the 2024 batch, we shifted our approach to embrace a more pure and minimal style — reducing both umami and roast. It’s as if a slow-simmered vegetable broth was transformed into a bright, ingredient-driven salad. Tsuyuhikari now expresses itself with crystalline clarity and honest character.
