Tsuyuhikari, born from Asatsuyu, often referred to as "Natural
Gyokuro," and Shizu-7123, known for its distinctive sakura-like
fragrance, is an excellent cultivar celebrated for its superb
balance of flavor and aroma.

Steaming: Middle steaming (Chumushi) technique used to add a slight robustness to
the delicacy typically found in Asamushi steamed teas.
Rolling/Drying: The leaves are shaped slightly shorter than the classic needle shape
of Asamushi, improving extraction rates and ensuring ease of brewing for everyone.
Roasting Level:
Medium to high roast to maximize the umami and aroma of Tsuyuhikari, achieving
the perfect temperature to enhance these qualities.
