Pesticides: No spraying before the first harvest, minimal use of pesticides thereafter.

Production Process:
Plucking: Only the youngest and most tender leaves are hand-picked earlyin the morning to ensure optimal freshness.
Steaming: Light steaming (Asamushi) technique used to maintain the
vibrant green hue and delicate flavors of the leaves.
Rolling/Drying: Leaves are carefully rolled into the classic needle shape of
Asamushi to enhance both aesthetics and flavor.
Roasting Level: Light Roast, carefully controlled to preserve the unique
shaded aroma characteristic of Gyokuro.
Suggested Preparation:Water Temperature: 60°C
Steeping Time: 120 seconds for the first infusion, 30 seconds for subsequent
infusions.
Amount: 5 grams of tea leaves per 100 ml of water.
